I’m a mom of Irish twins, wife, and full-time believer in coffee… but that’s not why you’re here! When I’m not juggling life at home, I’m helping people land the career they’re aiming for.

I’ve been a recruiter for 7 years, starting out in a role I wasn’t “qualified” for—no degree, no experience—yet I walked into the interview, sold myself, and got the job.

That experience taught me two key lessons:

1. A strong resume can open doors you didn’t think were possible.

2. Confidence and authenticity in the interview can turn what seems like a “flaw” into your greatest strength.

Since then, I’ve specialized in talent acquisition and physician recruitment, earned awards, won competitions, and consistently been a top performer.

Now, my passion is helping others craft resumes that get noticed, practice interviews that build confidence, and ultimately land their dream careers, like I did.
